RDS Visual Art Awards exhibition 2017

The RDS Visual Art Awards Exhibition will exhibit the work of the best graduating Irish visual artists of 2017. The exhibition curated by Nick Miller will take place in the RDS Concert Hall from 25-30 October, 2017. There are four curator’s tours running alongside the exhibition which are free to attend but must be booked in advance. To book your place please click on the links below:

RDS Library Speaker Series Talk 

Nick Miller, the RDS Visual Art Awards Exhibition Curator will share his thoughts on 'Painting and the World as You Find It' on Thursday, October 26 at 6pm in the RDS library. Nick was born in London and moved in Ireland in 1984. A member of Aosdána since 2001, he lives and works in Co Sligo. In 2014 Miller won the inaugural Hennessy Portrait Prize at the National Gallery of Ireland. Admission to this lecture is free but booking is essential.
